December 8

For at least a few months, The Regret List will be exclusively available on Amazon. If that annoys/upsets/bothers you, please let me know! I'm trying out a program to allow Kindle users to download my books for free via the Lending Library, but I have to be exclusive to Amazon. I'll revisit the decision in March, so feel free to chime in.

November 1

Put out the newest novel today, just in time for everyone else to start NaNoWriMo-ing. I'm actually tempted to try it this year since I don't have any other projects in the works yet, but I think life is a little too busy right now. We'll see!

August 3

Updated the website today! I found a job, so I deleted the curriculum/resume section of the website. The links up above look a little sparse now, so I'll probably try to come up with another page sometime soon. I also added more pictures to the photography section (let me know if it loads too slowly...) and updated my About me section, since I'm no longer in school. I'm thinking about changing some of the colors around too, but we'll see.

July 4

Finished the first draft of The Regret List today (my new YA novel). After I finish editing, I think I'm going to shop this one around to some agents because I'm so apathetic about marketing my books. I'd like to personally experience both routes of publishing, so it might be awhile before this one is available to read. Happy fourth to all my fellow Americans!

April 13

Remember that short story contest I won first place in? The anthology with all the winning stories is now available for the Kindle! Check it out via the Fiction tab above. The anthology is called Twists & Turns and is full of stories with unexpected ending. I'm loving the other stories so far!

March 25

I won first place in a short story contest today! It was hosted by the lovely Red Adept Reviews Blog, and an e-book anthology with all the winning stories will be available in a few weeks. I can't wait to read the other entries!
